Advance notice of website maintenance is a welcome new development. Yet, why does this fill me with dread? (Taking some screenshots now, just in case.)

Since they give the option of phoning in your bookings, I imagine that this is an interface or back end change rather than wholesale repricing of awards. But if you are a worrier you might want to book your award travel now.

I can't retrieve a reservation now even using the PNR without logging in.

Despite what the alert says, phone reps can't make points bookings either.
