Southwest Booking Site Down for Maintenance

Southwest Booking Site Down for Maintenance
At 10pm PST on a weekday... who knows how long its been down prior to this.

I've never heard of ANY site - banking, commerce, etc that is purposely down this early in the evening. Lord, I don't know what's going on over there.

Have had the same frustration this evening...trying to book several trips and receiving numerous error messages. Simply amazing.

It gets even more amazing when you have to read off every error code to the phone rep for them to honor the fare that's online.
