Any way to effectively use A+ Rewards to get on one way flight?

On Dec. 22 I need to travel from Washington DC (preferably Dulles) to Atlanta.

I have a bunch of A+ rewards.

On southwest, there are flights I can book, but they require a freedom reward (or 32 A+ points, which seems a bit steep).

Am I missing something? Is there not a way to do this more effectively?
