Biscuits and BBQ Recommendations

Bumping this thread seeking recommendations/feedback:

Looking for a decent place for takeout BBQ, especially baby back pork ribs on a Monday night; the places that are open that I am looking at are:

Huli Sue's
Bear's
12 Bones

Also looking for some good places to get freshly-made biscuits:

Flour
ButterPunk
Early Girl

Luella's is open on Mondays. I'm not a BBQ eater, so I can't make recommendations. Only been to Luella's once, and none of the others.
I've heard good things about Biscuit Head in west Asheville. I haven't eaten at Early Girl since it changed owners, so I don't know how it has changed. It was great before.
