Without having flown the route myself, I have read on a different forum that its identical to their SVO-North America service, also B767-300ER aircraft.

I have flown on this route 3 times including once this year and can describe the service pretty well.

The plane is the B767-300ER. The service is J is ok but remember this is the only direct flight between CIS countries & CUBA so its kind of always full. Also do remember to carry some food with your self beause SU on this route and I am talking about J class serves a very very light snack on this flight after the 1st serving of dinner or lunch. And they have nothing in the galley to keep your stomach going incase this is not enough on the 13 Hrs flight. Another reason to carry the food is because this flight incase of bad weather in HAV is diverted to Miami and they will keep u sitting in the plane and you will not be allowed to deplane in case the delay is not more than 6 hours.

The rest f the things on this sector are OK. Seats are comfy and the loo's are kept clean. And be aware that you will see many many drunk people on this flight especially on the SVO - HAV sector no matter in which class you travel.
