FFP That issue physical cards

Hi. I live in the U.S and I am trying to find a good Skyteam Frequent Flyer program that issues physical cards. If you know of any just tell me. Thanks!

I got a Ivory physical card when I created my account back in summer 2016. Did it change in the meantime?

I dont know. They announced a while ago (but cant remember when) that they would stop to give physical card for the entry level. Maybe they changed their mind.

I'm pretty sure they don't give out physical cards anymore for Ivory/Explorer base members (like most FFPs nowadays)

I’m relatively new to SkyTeam but now have Platinum status with Aeromexico. If physical cards aren’t issued, is there anyway of checking a SkyTeam airline has recorded your FF status correctly? Do SkyTeam airlines not require presentation of physical cards for elite benefits at airports?

No. The new number is all you need.

Physical cards are still issued for status pax. It is for entry level of programs for which physical cards are less and less issued.

This is interesting, would you be able to give some examples please? This would be very useful information. Thanks!
