Is there a possibility to merge 2 ST accounts (Alitalia and KLM)?

By merge you mean the status or the miles balance?

The status cannot be merged for sure, status matches are only from non-skyteam carriers. Award miles left in the accounts might be converted into vouchers and perhaps transferred that way. More efficient however, is to just book award tickets from them and just use the leftover balance that way.

One thing you could try with left over status is credit the flights to program X, while accessing the lounge using program Y. This is tricky to do though.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I want to move 4800 millemiglia points to flying blue.
Is this possible?

In short, no.

I agree , this is not possible, and I know of no alliance in which you can do this. (Some programs allow for really weird miles transfers via hotel programs and similar, but afaik there is no such option for flying blue, and even if it were possible it would typically imply something like losing 70% of the value of your miles during the conversion process.)

I can't find information about accessing the alitalia lounge with miles.

It depends on the lounge. You should enter the FFP in your booking that you want the miles credited to, and then try to enter the lounge showing your status card from another FFP.

Because you cannot do so.
