Sixt Diamond Invite?
 

I've been googling to see if there is any DP's on diamond invites and I can't see any outside of status gained through other high tier programs (IE Lufthansa or Centurion Card). Hovering around $12k spend this year (Across 7 rentals) and am Platinum and probably going to hit 15k before the end of the year. I went to Sixt since it's nice to actually have a car that I booked when arriving compared to Hertz but wanted to see if Diamond is unobtainable without qualifier from another card/status.

Can't figure this out either, except my friend had SIXT Diamond from a non-US Amex Platinum card. Not sure how it worked.

Oh sorry - saw you wanted Diamond... not Plat. Hmmmm, got no DPs for that. Do you rent more frequently from one location?
Perhaps that location can "nominate" you?

I have used Sixt for the past 7 or 8 years fairly often

in 2024 I barely used them at all but they just made me Diamond ;-)

my understanding is a location manager can basically give you any car they decide to, no matter what you booked

so definitely a good idea to introduce yourself to the manager of any location you frequent

I love Sixt, but sadly their US airport coverage is not as comprehensive as I would like..... not having them in TX, NC and SC is an issue for me.

They seem to have a location at IAH, granted they also seemed to have cancelled my reservation for today for no reason… ☹️

I am a Diamond and I honestly do not know exactly why or how. But I am not complaining. FWIW, treatment has been pretty terrible, so don’t expect a lot.
