So you can earn PPS mileage for ALL these codeshare flights?
By the way, does SQ have a dedicated check-in counter for these codeshares (in the foreign cities)? |

From SQ website: Singapore Airlines And Austrian Airlines To Launch Codeshare Service 01 June 2004 Singapore Airlines (SIA) will launch a new codeshare partnership with Star Alliance partner, Austrian Airlines, on 2 June 2004. The agreement will enable SIA customers to fly direct to Vienna thrice weekly on Austrian Airlines. “This codeshare agreement attests to the strong ties among Star carriers. With this partnership, we are able to extend our network in Europe through our partner, Austrian Airlines, and offer our customers the option to connect onwards to its Eastern European points,” said Mr Huang Cheng Eng, SIA’s Executive Vice President, Marketing and the Regions. The Austrian Airlines Singapore-Vienna service, operated using B777 aircraft, departs Singapore on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 0015hrs and arrives in Vienna at 0610hrs the same day. The flight from Vienna departs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1100hrs and arrives in Singapore at 0440hrs a day later. SIA currently operates 67 direct weekly services to 10 European gateways, using a mix of its flagship B747-400 Megatop and B777-200ER (extended range) aircraft. In addition, it serves 32 European cities through codeshare arrangements with Lufthansa and bmi. Can't find the flight numbers yet....... |
