Singapore Customer Service?
For weeks now I have been trying to get a live agent on the phone or via chat to cancel a reservation. I can't cancel on their site as I get a failure message due to "technical" reasons. Does anyone have any insight or advice on how to actually get a live person on the phone? I am stunned at the lack of CS shown by Singapore. Dealing with the IRS is easier.
