Declining SQ J class service
Recently flew on SQ in business class from Singapore to New York and must say I was left feeling very disappointed with the service, staff attitude and the horrible flipping seats with narrow footwall and no touch screen for the IFE.
The meals have also deteriorated as the food is dry and not hot. The attention to detail of the crew is not there. It seemed they are overworked and they are not interested in providing good service anymore. All in all, a very disappointing flight. |

I thought the service flow was odd on that flight. However, I had good service and thought the food was decent. |
