I know SQ will waive the fee, if you can't book an award ticket online. Do they do they waive the phone booking fee for cash (commercial) bookings that also can't be booked online.

Looking at a multi city booking to MEL which includes stopovers in SIN in both directions, but for the SIN-MEL-SIN sectors, and the booking engine only brings up the first four flights of the day, it doesn't bring up the fifth flights in each direction (SQ 227 and SQ208), which are the flights I want!

I'm sure if you told them the above reason, they'd waive it for you. Agree that it's immensely annoying that this bug has never been fixed...

If you can show them it can't be done, they will waive the fee. Happened to me multiple times as their website and app are not reliable.

They waived my manual redemption fee as they can't do open jaw online.
