yep. bears are available. picked two up on EWR-SIN in June, and another on SIN-SYD in October.

What colours are they ?

Is the SQ bear available only in longhaul flights? I was at SIN-MNL flight last week and I was told by the FA that its only available on longhaul flights.

Syd flight have. so short haul flight usually don’t have.

And actually it is for kids only.

The bears were not available on my Shanghai segments unfortunately.

They were available on the SIN HND route, a few years ago at least.

They have been cheesy Disney-branded bears lately. My kid loves them, though.

What is considered a long haul flight? Is IAH-MAN considered long haul? If it is how do we get one? Do we just ask a FA? My 11-year old will be flying in J with me this summer. It would be nice if she could get one.

Just ask FA. And by the way just say you want one, no need to justify it is for a child.

I don't think that it is the case or that they care. We (2 adults :)) got one on our latest SQ flight. On my next flight I will ask for one for my elderly mom as a souvenir for her first ever SQ flight, which she got as a gift for a milestone birthday.

SQ FB say that it is for kids only. But apparently the crews does not want to upset the paxes. Usually they will reserve for the kids and give out excess to other paxes.
