Thanks,

Presumably you mean flying LX metal and getting miles credited to LH M&M...

If so, it's only the 2nd of the partnership yet! My first LX flight is in a 3 weeks time. Hopefully some other FTers will have something sooner for you...

Kiwiflyer,

please take this thread off. With all this FT I got lost in time and space and didn't realise that we are only two days into the exercise....

My apologies!

Thanks

JNBHEL,

I can only post my experience with miles credit in the other direction (flying LH, credit miles to LX TravelClub).

I got 267 miles credited for the LH flight from ZRH to FRA in business class, plus the 30% (i.e. 80) bonus miles for being an elite member.

I think the 267 miles represent 1.5 times the actual mileage, although I haven't checked that.

Hope that helps a bit.

Cheers, Pocoloco

No worries. I've edited the title for you. Given how many FTers fly so much it wont be long before we have answers.

I flew ZRH-BRU on LX metal on Jul 19, 2005 in C.

Although they announced that milage collection was starting on Jul 20 only, the c/i clerk in Zurich would accept my SEN-Card and said, milage will be credited. The BP shows my LH FF number.

So far, no credit -- wait and see.

Best

Jan

LX accrual with M&M

... and it works. Flew to the UK via ZRH last week. Miles (Status & Award) got posted this night. Y = 1250 ; M/N = 750 for intraeuropean flights.

The only thing that did not work was access to the BA lounge. They would not acept me (SEN) as a status member even so it said Travelclub Gold with eco ticket are allowed. Would not accept my Lufthansa card. Travelclub hotline in the UK could not help either

Cheers,

Oliver
