RTW Worldwide Price Comparisons 2005 (New fares eff 15APR)
Given the fare rise looks like it's a blanket worldwide one, thought it best to continue the fabulous work of the 2004 price comparisons into a new 2005 version, given there will be many changes coming through.
Eff 15APR05, these are the new *published* fare levels for the following countries. Obtained from someone with access to Amadeus, so only as accurate as they appear in that CRS.
(Local agents may get better deals by prorating etc, but these are the official published levels and can be used against current published levels to determine the actual rises.)

I see. Strange though, I specifically inquired with the LH agent about any increases for 15 April. She could not find anything, stated she was using Amadeus. Very poor information procedure by LH (and the other * carriers)

More updates and bad news for Turkey!
Thanks to another great effort by thefareguru, I've been able to update prices for Sri Lanka, Tonga, Indonesia, Turkey, Taiwan and UAE. In some cases there are multiple fares loaded in the systems (i.e. the old ones are still present), but I've taken the highest ones as these seem to be most in line with the other data referenced here.
The really bad news is Turkey, where prices have gone up by a huge amount, making ex-IST *A RTWs a thing of the past. This also means that with CAI gone, there are no more cheap starting points near Europe.
I've uploaded version 1.7.7 of the RTW fares spreadsheet with these changes.
