There are no "Salon AF" Lounges at DEL. AF uses the Taj Lounge, which IMO is the nicer of the two shared lounges there (BA uses it as their F/C lounge and the other as their B/C lounge). AF uses the Taj for both F/C and B/C.
Lounge facilities include telephones, TVs, drinks, cold sandwiches/snacks, crowded seating, and smoking areas. I believe that there may be one computer for internet access, but have never used it so I cannot be sure.
It is not a place where one would want to spend a lot of time.

Is this still the case? Is there reading material too (I always enjoy seeing the inflight magazines of other carriers that often stock the lounges with their publications!).
