Best Use of HON PA
So I got my HON PA assigned to me last year. And what I’ve realized is that I haven’t reached out to her at all, not even once.
I find that pretty much all of my needs are taken care of by the HON line or in person in the FCT/FCLs, but I haven’t suffered much in terms of irrops.
For my first time ever flying with LHG, they left my bag in Zurich. Thankfully it turned up later in the evening, delivered to my place in Paris. But again was handled through normal channels. It was irritating for sure, but I didn’t lodge a complaint because I didn’t really suffer any loss or need to buy anything. I thought it was unacceptable, though.
Anyways, for the HON members on this forum I’d love to see examples of how you’ve worked with your HON PA, so I can understand better how to derive value from this. Otherwise, I worry that there’s a benefit here that I’m missing.
thanks :-)

They used to handle ticketing & upgrade issues, they recently stepped down from that.
So, it’s really feedback & handing complaints, mine has been busy recently, when things go wrong sometimes they go very wrong

Friendly people, but in my experience they cannot do anything extra. Mostly they have to refer to the normal HON Circle service hotline. Despite the fact that mine has now an assistant, I do not know, what they really do for HONs.

They are a point of contact with LH, otherwise we would be at the mercy of LH customer services......

It wasn't a mass notification email. It was an email sent personally from my PA, and very obviously addressed to me specifically. It could just be that your PA hasn't gotten around to emailing you. Or is just like "whatever, I just got furloughed so what do I care about this job?" Either is I think an appropriate outcome.
