I lost count on the variations I've been addressed by BA. Yesterday a mail boldly exclaimed "It's time" again, for a flight in late April 2020. This time it read "Dear (firstname) Mr (secondname).
Should I feel the need to respond, would it be proper etiquette to reply to "Dear British Mr/Ms Airways" ?

I had the Mr Lastname e-mail this morning. It just shows the love and care that BA feel about the folk who pay the money.
Was it worth a new thread? Yes, because it is indicative of BA's attitude to the slf, and its cost-cutting on IT.
