There aren't too many of those left (cities that are hubs for multiple airlines):

LAX, SEA, CHI, NYC, BOS

Am I missing any big ones?

DC. We have United at IAD, AA at DCA, and WN at BWI.

Southwest has a large hub there also with a maintenance facility.

You can live outside a hub-captive city without living in a shared-hub city.

Much of NJ would have a choice of UA at EWR or AA at PHL, although both are bad choices.

I'll take it, why not. I already have signed up for Delta's privacy policy.

at mdw you don’t have much of a choice. Southwest dominates there. Fortunately delta still flies out of mdw but they are the only major airline that does and they still not fly to a couple hubs.

Only if you buy the notion that WN doesn’t have hubs, as WN also has a large presence at PHX.

That’s true, but the Chicago area at-large has lots of choice. UA and AA both have hubs at ORD and a lot of international airlines from all three major alliances have routes to Chicago.
