Triple points seem to also work for Hilton Honors Visa credit cards from banks from Japan, Germany/Austria and the UK.

And HH members from many countries with no HH affiliated credit card get nothing, I presume?

Oh this is interesting, but the foreign transaction fee on the UK card means it's not worthwhile to use it at any non-UK hotel. I wonder if passing the transaction through Curve will work? Or if it's sufficient to have the card attached to the reservation but actually pay with a different card at the hotel?

How do you know that? The terms say 2x and it’s not possible to register and find out what would post.

T&C seem to suggest so:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Offer valid for stays completed September 9, 2019, through January 5, 2020 (“Promotion Period”) at any hotel or resort within the Hilton Portfolio. Hilton Honors™ members must first register at HiltonHonors.com/PowerUp prior to completing a stay within the Promotion Period. You must check out on or prior to January 5, 2020 to be eligible for this offer. Registered Hilton Honors members checking in before September 9, 2019 will receive credit for their stay if the stay is completed on or after September 9, 2019 and prior to or on January 5, 2020. Registered Hilton Honors members will earn Double Hilton Honors Bonus Points per stay during the Promotion Period or Triple Hilton Honors Bonus Points per stay during the Promotion Period for using a Hilton Honors Credit Card. "Double Points" means you will receive a bonus equal to the number of Base Points earned during a stay. “Triple Points" means for each dollar spent using your Hilton Honors Credit Card on stays at a property within the Hilton portfolio during the Promotion Period, you will receive a bonus equal to twice the number of Base Points earned during a stay. Hilton Honors Credit Cards include: Hilton Honors American Express Card, Hilton Honors American Express Surpass Card, Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card, Hilton Honors American Express Business Card, Hilton Honors Visa Classic Sumitomo Card, Hilton Honors Visa Gold Sumitomo Card, Hilton Honors Visa Platinum Sumitomo Card, Barclaycard Hilton Honors credit card and DKB German.

I realise my mistake! I thought this was a promo for credit cards, but I see it’s the Q4 promotion. Apologies.

So 3x plus 3 x £1 for the HH Visa.

I wonder if it will post the 3x points regardless of the card like it did for the 2500 Barclaycard per stay sign up bonus.

So.... a total of 4x for diamonds who also hold an HH card? Base points + 100% (1x Base) elite diamond bonus + 2x Base for Q4 promo? (Plus any diamond MyWay elections, plus the respective card spending points and bonus points.)

Yes, 40 points per dollar, or in more applicable terms, 4000/$100.
