Ukraine International PRG-DXB 675 in C
Probably not a very good airline but price is okay I think? Was checking prices for Abu Dhabi F1 (close to Dubai) and found this.

Ukraine International PRG-DXB 675 in C
I fly several times a year with UIA and last year I flew to DXB for the Abu Dhabi F1. Flights arrive/depart DXB in the middle of the night. They are quite a good airline operating 737-800/900 aircraft on the route from Kyiv. Business Class service is good. Their only shortcoming is the seating in Business Class is European style (3 seats converted to 2 seats with a table in between). Sadly no fully flat beds unless you fly on their 777-200 aircraft. Their 767-300 aircraft have cradle styles seats in Business Class.

I have seen this fare even cheaper on UIA sale before.. There used to be long layovers in Kiev, so all my colleagues were typically flying FlyDubai - I remember there should be some magic discount for business for their Loyalty clients (almost same price as UIA) - but for sure not a real business, more premium economy experience (aka lowcost busines)..
