Oddities in NW Worldvacations Search?

Oddities in NW Worldvacations Search?
When I put in certain city codes (or their full names) in the destination field on Worldvacations' search page, I keep getting "Destination City is Invalid".
I never knew that HAM or ZRH were "invalid". Does anyone have a clue what this is trying to tell me?

Its a poorly worded way of saying "we don't go there" ~ try the 'city name/airport code' help for a listing.
OTOH, their live-body CSRs can come up with options that the computer wouldn't dream of .. and there's NO fee to book with 'em. ^
