Will an expanded 22" bag fit onboard the A340?

I have successfully fit my B&R 22" expandable bag on US's A330. Will I have the same luck on SQ's A340?

Possibly - SQ's fleet of A345's and 777's have more than ample carry-on storage, in most locations...maybe not in Raffles for the A345's...can't remember if they eliminated the center section of storage overhead...

no, they still have overhead bins in the middle section on the A345. i was in 12G and stored my bags right above my seat. the nice thing about them is that the bins retract deep into the ceiling so once you close the bin it essentially disappears upward and becomes hardly noticeable during the flight.

Even if you are flying Exec Y it should be no problem. There is ample storage space due to only 117 seats in Y on the A345. Quite good. Now if you want to talk full UA 757 on domestic flight in the US. Brrrrrrrrrr ....
