New Silver Member for 07, got a question
I became a silver member for the first time last month and I was wondering if I was supposed to get a card or something in the mail that says I'm an elite member. Or is my proof of being a Silver Elite going to be on my ticket instead?

You should get a card...although 'proof' of your elite status will also be on your BP/ ticket receipt.

Why not log on to co.com; you'll see your status there. If it tells you you're silver, then your card is on the way. You may have to wait a few weeks until the new 2007/8 cards are issued.

You can print a temporary elite card from co.com
Sign in, click "My Account", then on the right hand column, there's a link to "Print Onepass Card".

Same with me. I contacted CO support and they said they were unable to print any more cards until the final run in Feb. No idea why, but that's what they said.
