Have you ever been scrolling through Youtube and come across some obnoxious person rattling off an easy "irresistable" recipe with a video demonstrating it? That's what this is - three bananas, 3 eggs, a cup of yogurt and a handful of blueberries - a High-protein Blueberry Yogurt "cheesecake." Not bad and relatively guilt free.

Yep--I fell for it a couple weeks ago. Icelandic yogurt, eggs & I can't remember what the 3rd thing was but halfway through it, the hospital called & I needed to pick up a friend after her colonoscopy (an hour earlier than planned) and I had to pull it out of the oven about 5 minutes after I put it in. It was a bit of a disaster and stuck to the pan but it tasted pretty good with strawberries and whipped cream on it. (not from youtube though)
Yours looks a million times better.

Yeah, this was especially good with whipped cream, which kind of negated the healthiness of it all.

Whipped cream makes everything taste better...except pizza. And actually for the big payoff its not that bad...a squirt from the can is about 25 calories.

Yes, but after about 14 squirts it begins to add up!

Breakfast at Hyatt Regency Seattle - the Benedict was good, but that potatoes should have been more crispy

On Monday night I made this blueberry-raisin coffee cake. Sadly the topping fell into the middle but it still tasted great. Tomorrow is my bartender friend's birthday and I wasn't planning to be in town so I brought it to him yesterday.

Yum!
Yum!
