Have you ever been scrolling through Youtube and come across some obnoxious person rattling off an easy "irresistable" recipe with a video demonstrating it? That's what this is - three bananas, 3 eggs, a cup of yogurt and a handful of blueberries - a High-protein Blueberry Yogurt "cheesecake." Not bad and relatively guilt free.

Yep--I fell for it a couple weeks ago. Icelandic yogurt, eggs & I can't remember what the 3rd thing was but halfway through it, the hospital called & I needed to pick up a friend after her colonoscopy (an hour earlier than planned) and I had to pull it out of the oven about 5 minutes after I put it in. It was a bit of a disaster and stuck to the pan but it tasted pretty good with strawberries and whipped cream on it.

Breakfast at Hyatt Regency Seattle - the Benedict was good, but that potatoes should have been more crispy

On Monday night I made this blueberry-raisin coffee cake. Sadly the topping fell into the middle but it still tasted great. Tomorrow is my bartender friend's birthday and I wasn't planning to be in town so I brought it to him yesterday.

Yum!

eaten at 10:10a after fetching $9 cake slices at Susie Cakes.
