I do like the survey questions that said we could earn premium suite upgrade certificate at 100 nights. I've always felt they don't do enough to incentives us to pay for more than the cheapest room. I always buy the cheapest.
They should let us book standard suites in cash and grt upgraded to premium suites. Id do that.
But they can't take away my breakfast and suite upgrades on arrival. I have about 80% upgrade rate to suites. If that goes, I'm out completely. The footprint is too tiny and I'm tired of going out of my way for Hyatts.
If they destroy the program, I'm a free agent. I might requalify at Hyatt just for 4-5 properties I like but will switch everything else to free agent.
