Higher Ticket Prices
I was looking yesterday for flights in October to Sydney from London return, and was a little horrified at how the prices have gone up in the last 10 days or so. Price of a Suites return is now nearly £15,000 up over £1,500, and a Business Class ticket over £7,000. I paid £5,477 for J class two weeks ago for flights in January. Here is hoping that prices eventually fall back should the ME conflict be resolved some time in the future.

Much of that will get passed on to us pax. I mentioned in the LH forum on this that I dont see corporate travel Europe to Asia being routed en masse via ME after conflict (even if there is some improvement). Corporate travel insurance wouldnt allow it, I would imagine. Much easier to forgo the trip if the cost is prohibitive or just travel nonstop to SIN.
SIN as corp destination in particular will likely see continued elevated prices. So am not holding my breadth
Holiday makers on the other hand will jump back in the moment there is a slight improvement and ME 3 start price-dumping.
