Got a hyatt marketing survey to share insights, but the page does not even load. Just me, or typical hyatt IT brilliance?

I was just about to post this too! I was all too happy to fill out the survey but the link doesn't work for me either.

Same.

Classic one.

Just wanted to see if you would click!

They also said I would be rewarded, but not how.

The survey is working now for those who got a link. There are some interesting ideas Hyatt is thinking about in the survey and also some that make me worried that I'm not willing to list given the confidentiality provisions in the survey.

Wow, I've never taken an online survey that threatened me with legal action for telling my wife about it. Also, literally every option in the survey was worse than the current loyalty program.

I wonder if they're giving people different options then, because there were a number of things that would be positive in mine, but also some things that would be (very) negative.

Looks like Hyatt may be putting a lien on your home if you breathe a word The race to the bottom continues sadly.

My survey consisted of things like "would you prefer free parking or resort fees waived on Globalist award stays," and rate the 100 night award package that has a cat 1-7 award stay (instead of UFNA). It's pretty clear what they're doing.

Lol. The only thing they can do is take away the 500 points they offered as compensation for completing the survey.

Of course because in addition to massive devaluations we can't wait to get elite benefits gutted too
As I shared in my earlier post no material improvements in years to World Of Hyatt
.Please don't try to redeem those generous 500 points for a week long stay somewhere

Wow, I feel screwed again. A decade or so ago as a Diamond I wasnt targeted for the free gift of 50k UA miles (remember that?) and I have not forgotten. That said, Citi and AA recently offered me $30 (Amazon gift card) for a similar survey about the AA Exec Mastercard. Hyatt is cheap in more than one way.

A lot of things will change then, I think. FFN revival perhaps

Same for me. Although I don't remember the precise wording of survey being full. I took it more personally--something like you don't fit the criteria of our target participants.

Gloablist survey questions

Found a Chinese social media post with the detailed questionnaire. Ive included the questions in the spoilers tag. Seems like destination fee waiver would be a 60-night milestone, which Im fine with.

I got the same message last night, after a few minutes of answering a bunch of questions about which other loyalty programs I'm in and how many nights I spent in each chain.

A more benign interpretation would be "we already have a bunch of responses from people fitting your profile based on your answers so far", although if that is the actual reason then they could have made it slightly clearer.

Oh well. I was doing it during a spare moment anyway so it's not like I had anything more productive to do
