just out of curiosity does anyone know here the crew complements on LX shorthaul flights. Asking because AF business class is always cold meals and no options. FAs over there say they it is because they don’t have enough FAs for shorthaul routes.

Is it as follows at LX: A220 (3), A320 (4) and A321 (5)?. And is the FA alone in business class?
I cannot say whether this will be the data point you require, but last Sunday on both the DUS-ZRH (operated by A223 AirBaltic) and ZRH-LHR (A320) sectors, there were two flight attendants in the C cabin.

My experience from many LX C flights in the last few months was also that there are always 2 FAs for service.

Yep. Can't remember there being just one. Same on LH flights.

unfortunately not. But a nice cold meal, especially if you pre-select beforehand, as the choice is expansive

Seems like the Pre-select offer has been extended to morning flights on shorthaul flights with a huge offer! Finally the breakfast choices changed, it was time.

I have a similar stage length route coming up and there is a hot meal on that, so I think chances are good. Pre-order should show you the options, which are the same as ex-ZRH.
