Posting miles from China Eastern
Took two J flights on MU in 12/25. Booked through AMEX, and used my DL number. Neither trip has been credited to my account, although I put in missing miles requests two weeks after each trip. Just wondering how I can contact Delta about this. Doesn't seem to be any way on the website except through messaging system--the AI phone hotline pretty much told me to do one. As you can probably tell, I'm an infrequent flyer with DL. Any advice would be appreciated. (I did look through the forums and the last thread was from 2019, so not sure how relevant that is).
As a data point, I had similar travel in 4/25 on MU J that wasn't credited to my account until 8/25. Has something similar happened to anyone else here? (Probably not as FT members are a more proactive bunch than to let it sit for 4 months).

Have you tried to call DL during the business day on a day without IROPs etc. and insist on talking to a (real live human) representative?

Went through a similar thing for KE flights back in November credited to DL (they were DL marketed and KE operated). The short version is you will have to be persistent and stay on DL. It took 2 phone calls and about 4 or 5 messaging agents to get things to finally post. Since you are talking about travel from back in December, it's probably best to call and have the sky miles desk open a special ticket. The initial phone agent will likely tell you to submit the form online - but it does not work. Period. Insist on a special ticket being created. Good luck! It's a royal pain. I have two itineraries in 2026 involving KE flights and I'm dreading the mileage difficulties afterwards.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions. Am currently in Asia medium term so was hoping to be able to contact online without calling. Will give it a shot during business hours stateside. Cheers.

yellowrabbit Delta phone line has a nice option at the end of navigating the menu towards a real person: you will hear an offer to wait for a call back without losing your place in the queue. They will call your international phone too.

Don't count on it for KE, it took 22 days for my flight from ICN to BKK in January to Post, and post with 0 miles credit, and my flights to and from ICN to SIN have yet to post 20 and 24 days now, and my flight from BKK to ICN from 3 days ago haven't posted. I will wait for them all to post with 0 mile credit to call in for all 4 flights just to save my time. I also find that it takes 2 or 3 calls for me to get them to post most of the time as well.
