Not sure it's open to public yet. Looks like they had a press event for the inauguration with guided tours.

Does anyone know what the hours of the new lounge will be? Also, I presume Id have access flying Swiss First (hopefully to the first class section of the lounge), right?

I expect it will be open 24 hours like the other lounges.

Tried going in today, but looks like they are selecting a bunch of flights and only allowing access to those. I am on AI 2025 to FRA, and got redirected to encalm prive instead.

The Press Release on Feb 16th has this text

The lounge will be progressively opened to guests travelling in First and Business Class as well as Maharaja Club Platinum and Gold members, and eligible Star Alliance Gold members starting 16 February 2026.
No idea what the progressive criterion is and over what period.

Was able to access the lounge prior to my flight to SIN and was pretty impressed by the design/seating and the food options - beyond the buffet spread they have chef stations that cook fried rice / noodles and dosa. However my friends flying LH J were redirected to Encalm instead and told that they weren't accepting *A initially

How is the "Serenity" area in Biz section for taking a nap?

It's a section in the back of the lounge with 9 recliners (although some weren't working) - they're pretty comfortable (and I dozed off in one of them for a bit), but it's not a standalone room so the lighting is still the same brightness as the rest of the lounge. Also it's next to a pretty loud service door leading to presumably the kitchens or some other back rooms, so every time a staff member comes/goes it gets noisy

Do they designate it as a quiet, mobile free area? Otherwise, I fully expect some jerk to have a loud phone conversation while on a recliner or some family having kids running around yelling. It is in the genes.

I didn't see any signs indicating as such so you might run the risk of that unfortunately - while I was there there was a family with kids that walked in (with food and drink!) and considered sitting in the area, but thankfully they had the sense to find somewhere else instead
