Did try yesterday and today. The advantage is that I can see what flights have available seats for upgrades. But everytime I did hit the upgrade button, I got an Error message. Then I called in.

I wonder if this really works on LX from business to first class … perhaps they “block” such specifics not even offering it. Would be good if someone can see or not and share experience.

If O is open to list (which is never the case for LX) then the system will allow it.

I had 4 e-vouchers expiring at the end of the month. I only have shorthaul LHG flights currently booked but followed the steps described above. Upgrades for 3 out of 4 flights were initially waitlisted but cleared within 2-5 minutes. Better than 3/4 e-vouchers down the drain. The 3 upgraded flights currently show P0, but the only flight which could not be upgraded is P9.

The flight in question is in mid-April. I might try again later.

Tried the waitlist feature for a family member from E to C and it cleared 3 days out, not bad ex-LAX. I also put in a bid upgrade slightly above the minimum but in this case they cleared the voucher, I was surprised and happy with outcome.

I have an eVoucher to use for LX flight, so I go to the MM page --> current bookings --> Upgrade award with miles or evouchers --> check upgrade award
--> select the flight --> Upgrade this flight...and get 404 Page not Found?!

Am I doing something wrong or is MM page this </censored>?
