It seems to have been replaced by veggie/hummus or some other dip recently. Id personally rather have the salad and roll, and I also suspect cost cutting.

Went with the beef chimichurri sandwich. Bottom piece of focaccia was soggy, easier to eat flipped upside down. Could have used way more chimichurri flavor as that was what I was looking for. Still a decent sliced beef + cheese hot sandwich.

I flew BA , LHR-BCN last year and was offered nothing other than a drink and a snack of crisps. Not to mention that "Business Class" was a regular economy seat with the center seat empty. Alaska seems pretty good compared with that.

Doing SEA-MSP in a few weeks, too far out to pre-order but this option is on menus right now and I am quite curious
BBQ Pork Baked Potato
Baked russet potato slices served with smoked pulled pork, sweet BBQ sauce, scallions, tomatoes, sour cream, butter and parsley.

Current Options. SEA/ LAX
Lunch/ dinner menu
I have selected the potato and pulled pork for my flight.
I will report back with pics and summary of the experience 🙄
The Fruit and Cheese Plate is also option.
Toasted Panko Breadcrumbs on Pasta dish.

The Fruit and Cheese Plate is always available.

So AAG first related. AAG just appointed a new executive chef for HA. A new international business meal drops today. New domestic first coming later. Good chance the new domestic first shows up at the same time pre order does in May.

Since the release was HA related and seemed to be Hawaiian island centric the menu may not make it over to the FCO and LHR flights. I suspect that a new menu will drop for the AS branded, HA flown flights after single PSS in April or at when preorder is scheduled to roll out in May. Most likely also linked to which flight attendant passenger information system, AS or HA, are used on the flights.

I think you're correct--It doesn't make sense to have a "Hawaiian inspired menu" on a flight from SEA-LHR/FCO....lol.

English-inspired should be more like chicken tikka masala.

I may have missed something but I definitely missed the "special sauce" on my Tillamook burger last Sunday...usual burger wtih veggies but the single serve packets of kethcup, mustard and mayo were not F standard and certainly not the sauce that I really liked. Great crews both ways. Had a lunch coming back that was delicious...sliced beef with some very nicely seasoned rice...wish I could remember what it was called.

I usually dip my chips in the special sauce so I hope that was just a one-off...I wish they would serve the Tillamook Cheeseburgers with the crinkle cut fries like they have with the sliders on AA.
