Anyone see details on why this was cancelled? Can’t see the Fin number and weather isn’t an isssue. Nothing being said about mechanical. No weather issues on either end.
I believe it’s C-FJVE but not sure. Assuming it’s crew time out as mechanical has not been mentioned.
asking as I have multiple friends on this flight and it could get ugly if they play the “safety game” but send the fin to YVR, yYC, or YYz instead like flair does.

This sentence makes no sense.
If the medical was on the inbound, it's possible that there wasn't enough supplies(ie: O2) to operate the flight back.
If new medical supplies couldn't be sourced in a timely fashion the crew would have timed out.
That's assuming it's the same crew operating YOW-CUN-YWG. A 12.5 hour duty day if nothing goes wrong.
If the medical was on the inbound, it's possible that there wasn't enough supplies(ie: O2) to operate the flight back.
If new medical supplies couldn't be sourced in a timely fashion the crew would have timed out.
That's assuming it's the same crew operating YOW-CUN-YWG. A 12.5 hour duty day if nothing goes wrong.
