Thankfully not. Just jeans, t-shirt, and hoodie mode for this trip.

Amazingly an hour after the spillage she resumed but with a white wine “so it won’t stain as much should it happen again.” Ugh.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw she had the same seat next to me going to ATL, but turns out it was an earlier connection than mine (she had her phone on full bright so was easy to snoop).

Hope your devices are okay too. You're only safe to go to sleep on a plane in a D1 seat!

Meal orders are taken FEBO, but not necessarily served that way, and those with cold meals have to wait until the FAs have warmed up all the hot ones before they are served.

Think this depends on the FA. On my SEA-ORD a few days ago, the FA brought around the cold entrees to those who ordered them first while the hot meals were still heating in the oven.

Ok in that case I'll complain about how we weren't served meals until halfway into the 3 hour flight because the two FAs up front were chatting about their exes and their roommates, and completely missed the double ding and didn't realize we were well into the flight until the rear FA came forward for something.

Better complaining about the exes and roommates than the aft FA before they came forward. Yes, I have had that happen before in this situation.

(And no - my seat mate was not traveling with me. Total stranger).

So, if anyone in MSP or ATL today smells a guy wearing eu de Rose, I might can be identified.
Uggh, that is brutal. What a lousy way to start a trip.

The “Lowest Fare” tag when booking in the Delta app appears to only apply to coach:

When I select First Class, the same flight is tagged as lowest fare when it isn’t:

It even appears for Delta One even though that doesn’t exist on any of these flights:

And the search page never remembers your selection to exclude Main Basic. Annoying…

IMO, not random and pathetic. If it's intentional it's misleading, if it's not intentional then it's lazy programming. It's logical to assume the lowest fare should apply to your selection.

I’m assuming it’s unintentional, just an oversight, given the issues with Delta IT. But yeah, pretty bad either way.

It's actually worse, change the sort order from best to price, while looking at main, or basic if it shows up, that order is presented, low to high. Now switch to first, and the order does not change. In my case scrolling nearly 2 screens worth down found a price 1/2 the first entry shown at the top. If I'm sorting by price, and fares in sorted order are not displayed, that is deceptive, especially when you have to scroll down a ways to see the actual lowest price fare.

Gate agent today at SEA creating a little false urgency around gate checking bags. “We need 16 bags to be checked” and a couple of references to completely full flight while app showed 55+ available seats. We left with 59 open.

Last time I was flying out of Seattle, our inbound aircraft was slightly late from overseas and then had to sit a while for its security sweep before we boarded. Rather than leaving it at that, the GA concocted a bizarre hypothetical where if we boarded now we would all have to go through TSA again (???) and so he was really doing us a favor by making us wait.

That is actually legally true.
