Is the DM redemption black star gone?
Hi all,
Just checking if those are gone? The story was I missed a few points and got downgraded to GO but have since reinstated - though there’s ZERO black star availability on any dates any route for 2026.
The call centre has assured that the lack of black star is purely to do with the lack of availability and nothing to do with the regrading.
Would any DM be kind enough to post example of black star redemption please.

Argh thanks for the suggestion!
Here’s a random search, as you can see there’s zero availability in any class searching as DM.
below is another example of HKG KIX with zero direct business availability. To me that’s the same as a green redemption availability.

I explained to the call centre even HKG TPE has no black star and even after checking with a supervisor, they said it’s to do with the lack of redemption inventory. Arghhhh
