Lunch at Kiwami in Overland Park, Kansas earlier today. This was my first visit and certainly won't be my last! There is another great ramen place called KC Craft Ramen, which is wonderful, though it's almost always packed and the prices are pretty high (though quality is also high). This wasn't nearly as busy (i.e. no thirty minute wait for a table) and a bit cheaper, so two pro's!
We shared the chicken karaage and "sushi appetizer". I ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen with pork belly and a side of chili oil - a delicious meal, especially with our impending winter storm!

Dinner last night: saltines and Gatorade Zero (Cool Blue flavor)
Breakfast from the Four Points Downtown Anchorage (buffet): scrambled egg-style breakfast food product (but the good kind... could have actually been scrambled eggs for all I know), home fries, slice and a half of dry whole wheat toast, two bites of a turkey sausage patty
Lunch: saltines and Gatorade Zero (Cool Blue flavor)
Dinner will be... take a wild guess

Oatmeal would've been great! Not with avocado
I actually ended up having brown rice and steamed vegetables from a Vietnamese place, and not from the fresh bowl place that Google said closed at 8 but actually closed at 7.
I am having the same breakfast as yesterday. Not brave enough to have hot sauce yet.
This afternoon I have a first class seat on my first flight home. The fish option sounds great but I'm not sure if I'll be up for it.

Breakfast at Prince Gallery Tokyo - still working on my appetite - those four truffle potatoes were really good, though
