asdfghjk Please report back on how this worked out for you. My upcoming booking (also standard redemption) still shows "Garden Pool Villa" which I will have a printed copy of to show them. Hopefully partial ocean view gets grandfathered in for those bookings for Diamonds.

We just checked in. I asked but didn't receive a complimentary room upgrade. Our assigned room, 301, is at the top. I can see a glimpse of the ocean on one side, and wide open space in front (not blocked by another villa or trees). Overall, we are happy with the room we get.

Just came back from 5 nights using HH points at Umana Bali. Here are a few toughts about it:
- Hotel is really pretty and well maintained;
- Location is super in south of Bali and has nothing around...so to go to Uluwatu or Nusa Dua is around 35 min by car;
- In my oppinion Hilton should brand it as a Waldorf Astoria in order to boost it. And the hotel/serice has all the checks for it, trust me...
- We were a little surprised by the lack of guests....almost zero interaction while we were there, including time at breakfast, dinner, etc...
- Breakfast was superp (like WA Itaahfushi notch) and the commune restaurant is fantastic (asian food). The Oliverra I would say is so so....don't think it worth the price;
- Rooms are huge and very comfortable;
- Monkeys were not agressive when you don't interact...so they were not a problem
- Kids Club and service for kids are from another world, really outstanding;
- Service is good, with staff super friendly (almost actually more than necessary sometimes)
- Don't stay there if you wanna hang out and discover other places, like Ubud.....it is very far away;
- Beach and Uma Beach Club are ok....nothing WOW but is nice also to have that alternative sometimes
Definetely worth the points and super recommend it!
