Where do I see if how many -700 have been reconfigured with extra legroom to 137 seats?

I have been curious about this myself. I guess they are doing this in 2 stages because all the seat diagrams on the 700's I have seen lately have the ELR in the front section, but they still have 2 LUV seats in the exit row (and the last 3 seats are X'd out). I wonder if they are waiting for the certification of this design (maybe they didn't think of it initially?)

I doubt they fill in the Infinite Legroom space with an extra seat anytime soon on the 700s, if ever. And for the 700s the reconfig process looks pretty simple; remove the 1st row altogether, and then move up the next 5 rows to create the 36" pitch (from 31") for new rows 1 - 6. They don't need to touch the rows behind current row 7, other than renumbering all rows. And since the Infinite Legroom row stays at the current 31" (unlike 800s/MAX8s increasing the pitch in that row) I'd bet then never fill that space on 700s, and therefore never change the last row either.

Daughter was on a 700 THUR morning ALT-LAS that hadn't changed. She did get to say hi to Bob Jordan in front of the Starbucks in Terminal C. Have there been any sightings of reconfig'd 700s?

How will the handle extra legroom seats? Don't they have 10 days to start offering the product?

I was on an original configuration 700 on Wednesday which surprised me given they are selling those new seats in a week. I wonder if they have an aggressive reconfiguration schedule or somehow plan to roll without it on the 700s for a period of time.

I wonder how that would square with someone who paid extra for an ELR seat?

On many planes,, they are using the SAME seats as always, just taking out a row.

Wonder how many of these have been converted, but folks think the seats should be new?

Yes, a new headrest (maybe just cover) with a heart on it

So a seat without a heart logo implies "no love" is given towards that passenger? Marketing missed this or the new WN doesn't care about optics anymore !
