FAQ: Is BA sending out new BAC physical membership cards and luggage tags?

Received my Gold cards (in LA) a couple of weeks ago. They're about as impressive as a Club Europe seat, but at least I'll have a keepsake from the new BAC because this will be my last (meaningful) status card with BA.

I received my GGL tags on Friday.
I have to say they are a bit cheap and cheerful. It looks like I've left the white pricing tag on my hand luggage. For GBP 40k (plus taxes) a year, I want a butler with a cane sweeping passengers out of my way at T5.

It is indeed comical. I did receive my GGL package, however it did require a few calls to GGL. These will be a momento as I will not renew GGL after 15 years of GGL under the new BAC nTp scheme. Thankfully I reached GfL before the new scheme came into play.

I've called GGL team, they raised a ticket for me, which was closed. I emailed the Premium Team, they emailed back with an apology (twice). Still nothing...

Physical (as opposed to on phone) Gold Card
Is it at all possible to get an actual new Gold Card and bag tags? And if so, how please.
If Ive spent 20k of my own money flying BA since April, Id really quite like them, not just something to download to my iPhone wallet.
(Well I can do without the card but would like the tags - and yes if Im being honest it is for all the vain eye-rolls reasons youre thinking.)
