I believe credit goes to xliioper for the info in the 2024 wiki which was carried over to this year.
As of late fall, 2024, A321NEOs have new china that allows preordering of meals.
New menu link here
Current 2025 First Class meal service status -- FC meal service consists of plated meals (including hot options) between hubs and to/from most larger stations (exception stations listed below only receive cold meal box options) on flights over 900 miles which depart before 9PM (scheduled). Pre-selection is available on routes with plated meal offerings, while it is not available on cold meal box routes. In addition, flights over 2300 miles will receive meal service in FC for departures after 9PM.
Snack boxes are generally offered on redeye flights under 2300 miles.
Meal service is not provided on flights under 900 miles (with the exception of SEA-SFO/LAS/SLC/SJC which get 2 plated cold options)
All D1 flights, domestic and international, receive hot meal service.
Current exception stations where there may not be hot meal service (due to lack of meal catering contract) are below. Cold meal boxes had been the norm on these flights, but DL seems to be offering hot meals on many of these flights now. However, Market/Bistro shelf stable snack boxes may be served on flights that are AM return flights to hubs from previous evening arrivals (meal will be listed as "Snack Breakfast" on these flights):
ABQ, ASE, BOI, BTV, BZN, COS, EGE, ELP, EYW, GEG, GUA, HDN, JAC, JAX, LIH, MCI, MKE, MTJ, NAS, OAK, OMA, PLS, PSC, PSP, PUJ, PVD, PWM, SAL, STT, SXM, TUS, VPS, YYC, YYZ, YUL, YVR

Posting for those curious of the offerings on the VS codeshares:
https://virginatlanticmenus.osc-it.c...class/VS10.pdf
https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/37455054-post15.html - In short, I didn't care for the dinner and would probably be content with eating in the DeltaOne Lounge or VS Clubhouse pre-flight and trying to sleep as much as possible on the red-eye.

Dinner
Japanese Menu
Kobachi duck breast and mustard vinegar miso, braised octopus with cucumbers and tofu vinegar sauce, shungiku with shimeji mushrooms and ponzu jelly
Sweet Soy Braised Beef Short Rib sweet soy sauce, shimeji mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers, braised burdock root, Tawara Gihey rice, vegetable miso soup, Japanese Pickles

Not really near the quality of the Japanese meals on JL/NH but still very good (and probably fewer "weird" flavors/textures than I've had on the Japanese airlines). Beef and vegetables were perfectly cooked as well, although sauce was a little bit too sweet
Aftermath:

Sundae for dessert - was in 2A so needed to give it some time to melt

Slept through the midflight cookie (first time in row 2 and can confirm the footwell makes a difference)
Pre-Arrival
Chicken Curry curry sauce, carrots, potatoes, snap peas, Gihey white rice

Didn't look like much but this was your classic Japanese curry and again hit the spot. Would gladly take this as a domestic F meal

Liked the food slightly better on the late afternoon flight back to JFK but still had some issues. I did like the scone in the afternoon tea service. https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/37459862-post19.html

Lunch
Roasted Chicken Breast charred tomato sauce, turmeric-coconut basmati rice, grilled vegetables, crispy onion (*contains sesame)
MSP catering substitutions strike again and instead of turmeric-coconut basmati rice we got regular unflavored short/medium-grain rice and this honestly was pretty bad (it's also a D1 entree/saw it on the menu for my flight to ICN and if I got this in D1 I would be even more disappointed):

Good BOS-based crew though - full PDB, FEBO followed, full snack basket made an appearance after trays were cleared as well.

I received an email from Delta offering two food selections for my AMS-MCO flight next week.
I'm PM and my seat is in Comfort+.
Both selections are made with cheese and I'm allergic to both.
Do Delta flights from Europe typically carry a 3rd meal choice that I can select on the plane, subject to availability?

Red Curry Chicken
With Jasmine Rice, Green Beans, Red Pepper, and Crispy Garlic
Delta One - JFK to LAX
Great dish - my favorite curry so far. It tasted like a Thai curry you’d get out. A little bit of a kick to it, but still mild. Flight crew was fantastic. All of the new Missoni bedding, amenity kit, and slippers were onboard.
As a side note, nice to see fewer 763s on this route as of January. 5 to 6 of the 8 to 9 daily flights are on 332s, 339s, or 764s. Even seeing three A330-900neos on Mondays.

I have a RT between atlanta and LAX in the next week. Maybe it's anecdotal, but I feel like the choices for meals are fewer than in the past. I remember they would have a choice of 3 or so usually with a few extra local ones. Basically Belgium Waffles / Smoked Salmon Plate / or Chia pudding.

It is from 5 to 3! I got the same preorder, Waffles, Chia or Salmon Plate. I guess I go hungry on this 4hrs+ flight! Not even a simple Omelet or a Quiche!
I hope they have something extra and different on board!
