Other planes are sent to BOD to conduct C checks if D is not required then.

Seems that HND and MIA are the two routes where we can regularly expect the new suite next.

There’s no reference to TLV getting the new suite: just La Premičre service. Surprisingly it seems to be for four months only - perhaps to test the market?

Has anyone been to the arrivals lounge recently?
How’s the food and drinks selection these days? I’ll be landing around midday with a long layover in Paris, and I’m debating whether to have lunch there or in Paris instead.

Unfortunately the TLV service really is timed poorly. Departs at 8am from CDG making inbound connections difficult. In TLV it departs at 16:55 and arrives 19:40 making US bound connections impossible. Alas I will have to stick with LY. I had a trip in march from LAX-TLV-JFK which I wanted to switch to La P but would require 12+ hour connections in CDG.

I was there last month. The menu was like a micro version of the main lounge menu. I had the coquillettes, but it's really a pretty sterile waystation - not much to keep you occupied during a long layover. I'd go into the city if the layover is long.

fully agree. I see limited value here for TLV for LP. US-connections (early morning departures from TLV) are offered with the LY-codeshare through CDG or with KL through AMS, but they of course have an inferior J-product and no P.

Surprisingly, the entire population of the planet doesn't travel to/from the US

I recall from a previous visit that the LP lounge offers the full menu at breakfast time, as well. However, this was pre-pandemic, and knowing things change and get ahem, enhanced, I was wondering if that's still the case? I'll have a 6 AM arrival and a 10:40 departure to SFO and a man needs a steak.

On several occasions in the last years I ordered coquillettes or meat early in the morning. Perfectly served, with no question asked.
The full menu seemed to be available.

Apologies, had to push my departure a few days. Traveling tonight, will report back tomorrow.

On a side note, when did they get rid of LPGS in the JFK LP lounge? The current Brut is Drappier or something, I wasn’t a fan.
The whole LP lounge here is an interesting concept. A tiny room of strangers where you can hear a pin drop.
With how slow the service has been so far (asked for bread when I placed my order 30min ago, still nothing), I think I’d rather be outside with the J pax!
