I do encourage folks to call in and report the problem.

Looks like the ability to search is back, but still fails at payment page.

I have reported to elite email last week - they forwarded on to IT team but no further response yet.

This is almost as bad as the Air NZ parking website that fails constantly meaning you can't log in due to an issue with Azure oauth.

I must have struck this issue probably 7-8 times over the past year or so which means nobody can book parking. It was down again yesterday and last night but back up working again this morning.

Spoke to a CSR last night to complain about it being down again and she didn't even seem aware of of Air NZ offering parking..

The authentication on the Air NZ parking website worked fine for me yesterday afternoon (3pm-ish). I was actually surprised it worked seamlessly and didn't ask me to log in again. I booked valet parking at Wellington with one of my free vouchers.
But I can't remember the last time I received a confirmation email from the website. My email address in the form is correct - and I've checked my spam folders, but nothing.

I've always received a confirmation email.

Sender is "WLG Parking (Via AirNZ)"
Email address is "[email protected]"
Subject is "Air NZ Parking Booking ##### Confirmation"

When you book at WLG on the Air NZ website it just uses an API to integrate with the airport parking backend managed by Skidata. I've never had an issue not getting an email confirmation.

I had to book direct with airport website for my parking today.

Portal still down after weeks is a complete jokes. Sounds like it deserves an email to CEO and upcoming CEO, isnt he the CTO? He better sort this out before taking the role.

I was able to purchase two one-way tickets about 2 months ago. Are you trying to buy one way or returns?

This is a confirmed issue that has only existed for the last three weeks or so. It worked fine two months ago.

Decided to try calling last night and spoke to a very helpful agent.

They managed to book the partner flight for me and agreed to waive the service fee.

Honestly I can see why there's usually a service fee and why they'd be resistant to waiving it though. It took 90 minutes to create the ticket and it still had be finalized the next day by a separate team.

Oh, just saw this! I commented on an old post that had a similar topic. I was able to search yesterday but today it is not working. I spoke to someone on the chat and they said there is no availability but I can see the flight (SQ flight) available for points bookings on SQ and UA.

I actually had the same thing, the phone agent couldn't initially see any SQ availability but managed to sort it out.

I would note though that SQ will have wider availability for SQ, and UA/AC has previously had better availability for SQ flights than NZ has

If I've seen something on UA, I've always been able to book on NZ. It is just annoying as it was all working yesterday and I delayed but shouldn't have!
