On some of the dates a roundtrip was $78 USD in business class, so Kiwi was suggesting you buy a roundtrip and skip the return flight.

Even if it were a bona fide error fare -- actually published by QR -- that carrier has a track record of not honoring them.

QR have in the past honoured some very good value fares. We just need a time machine to bring them back again.

That's still not extremely discounted tickets like this one. Also, this one pops up once in a while, I am pretty sure you'll find similar error fares in the past ex-MLE on QR with Trip.com around 80 EUR price and those were never honoured.
