I purchased an upgrade from Qatar on a Qatar issued ticket but the increased TPs have not been credited to my BAEC. The other three non-upgraded legs were credited. I have the email confirmation but the boarding pass doesn't have a flight number so I'm finding it difficult to claim the missed Tier Points and Avios on the BAEC website. Who should I be contacting for the missed TPs? Can someone help?
I will need the 140 TPs to retain Silver membership. The A350 in business was worth the upgrade. Makes me wish I could fly like that for every flight I take.

This recently happened to me for a DOH-CGK leg. First step would be to repeat the online claim, BA have admitted there is a bug in the system to me. My next step was a call to the Silver Line which was no help. I approached Qatar direct as recommended by BA and they said it was a BA issue as my FF Number was clearly on my boarding pass. I then submitted a formal complaint through the system attaching my Boarding Pass and the e-mail from Qatar. Because I was still not getting a reply I used the BA twitter feed by private messaging them. They were helpful but still had to follow up a second time. Points eventually posted but two months later and not sure of was the complaint or the twitter follow up that actually resolved it.

Good luck. Hopefully not a total pain, Id have followed up more strictly if I had a status uplift relying on it. To be fair though, I did get a phone call from them after they posted from BA apologising which was a nice touch....

Each time I have taken advantage of Qatar's upgrade promotions from Economy to Business it has rebooked that particular leg of the flight into R which is awarded the increase in tier points and avios. However, they don't automatically get added to the BAEC which is a problem and leads to several unnecessary emails but in the end the correct amount does get added. I wish they had a more straight forward way to add the tier points and avios.

Reviving an old post in order now to create a new thread just for a couple of answers.
On 14/3, had my first out of 4 flights. BA127 which 3 days later awarded me 140TPs as expected. Then QR892 on 15/3 midnight. These 140TPs one week later haven't yet credited.
I am enroute QR892 to DOH and then BA7003 to LHR on economy.
Anyhone having experience of how long does it take for QR to credit these to BAEC? I worry i might lose my 2500TP GUF2 target for just 165TPs (my calculations and BAs calculations for these 4 flights (it was a rebooked BA ticket due to BAs PKX suspension) will give me 440TPs
Feeling a bit anxious and having an itchy hand to fly from AGP to ARN to get these but on the same time don't want to spend on something that will be credited in the next few days.
Thanks

I had three QR with BA codeshare flights, which were credited three days later. And four QR flights booked with QR, three were credited the next day, one was credited on the same day soon after landing! One week does seem a bit long. Perhaps try to file a claim.

Im still waiting for flight from 14/3 to show up! They were reward flights so not actually needing them to show, but normally they would post as zero tier points, zero Avios. Was using them as a data point for my flight on 31/3 which is a cash flight that Mrs Bluemoon needs to requalify for silver.

Onboard BA7003/QR003.
I might leave a couple of days till things finalise with my flights today and will ring them to find out more if they haven't yet credited.
in the meantime, my 1st flight, BA127 awarded me only 2500 avios on R fare class instead of the 7500 approximately of the BA calculator

Does anyone know what happens if these TPs post after 31/3? Will they count towards my goal to get the GUF2 or whatever i do counts only until 31/3? I filed a claim last night for those 140TPs since 9 days past since the flight and are yet credited causing me a concern and the automated response is that the request is sent to QR and it can take up to 8 weeks to respond.

Thanks for your response scottishpoet
What surprises me, is that i just got credited my 70TPs from the 1st return flight from PKX to DOH that i took on just yesterday at 01:25!!!! (70 TPs cause it was the rebook by BA as economy Flex. Normally waiting another 90 TPs with same rules as E fare bucket for the DOH-LHR and those 140TPs for the DOH-PKX

Data point: I took 2 QR flights SGN-DOH and DOH-MAN as BA codeshares on 20 March and both posted today 24 March, 140 TPs each plus relevant Avios.
The Double TPs expected since it was part of a BA Holiday have not shown up yet, but they may not anyway due to outbound sectors being cancelled because of a tech issue, but that's another story, going for ORC (and double TPs) on that one. I've got over the 1500 line before 31 March but was hoping to get over 2500 for a GUF2.
