I think you have the posters confused. It was GW McLintock who posted the oatmeal combos.... ElevatorEnthusiast was the poster who loved (and presumably still does) mortadella.
Dinner tonight was baked tofu and a salad. I never cooked tofu before but it came out really well.

Breakfast at Hyatt Centric Dublin - not too bad, oddly all table service - hence the large portion of pastries
