Check through interline agreement between QR and EY?

Hi may I know is there any interline agreement between Qatar and Etihad? I will have QR1124 DOH-MCT, flight and by the next day with Etihad on EY695 MCT-AUH.

Will the check-in agent desk at DOH will help me to check through the luggage? Given that it's about 25 hours distance between those two flights.

Thank you in advance!

No. EY is not part of One World nor does it code share with QR

It's worth noting that interline agreements are not dependent on alliance or codeshares. For instance Virgin Atlantic and British Airways have interline agreements, as do various other weird and wonderful airline combinations. Someone could check on ExpertFlyer to see if such an agreement exists between QR and EY, but I'd say on separate tickets and a 25 hour stop would make this basically impossible.

On a single PNR with connection EY to QR of 6 hours, is an interline baggage transfer be available?

Yes but have never seen one ticket with both airlines sold...it would be two e-tickets and sold by a sketchy travel agent.

In fact, this was ticketed by AA as an award with both airlines on same PNR ticket.

Apparently, AA has agreements and sells EY space outside of One world, whereas QR is sold as an One world alliance ticket.

That is news to me. The original poster didn't mention it was one ticket though. Are you talking about your personal experience?

If you are considering nap room, I think Al Mourjan The Garden is better between those times.
