Have 2025 elite packages started to arrive yet?

apologies if this has been asked and answered but have the SE packages been mailed out, if so any changes ie/ baggage tags....

Don't get excited, it's only February. AC will get on it soon ... watch your mailbox somewhere around May 24 weekend.

Maybe they'll accidentally send out SE kits to everyone who really really really wants one...and then decide we can all keep the SE status for the year because, well, who can argue with luggage tags?

I may or may not swap out my black tags when I get new tags. But for sure not before.

I think AC should just offer an option to pick it up on the airport ....

given that theyre customized, the logistics of that would be nightmarish. Mailing them out means that they can just send the database to the manufacturer/fulfillment center, and have them magically happen.

A quick printer should be able to generate most of stuff just like an employer badge

Aside from the nightmare of IT, they would then have to staff it, train the staff on how to use it, buy the printers, have this going in multiple airports, etc etc etc... At these scales, you just contract it out.
