I for one would be more stress out than trying to find those smart lockers at the airport and hope no one else beat me to them while the cost will add up for every 3 hours rental unit. If they are full, you might want to try Pelican Express that will store your bags in their back room.

Since hotel is on the subway line and they will watch your bags for you, I would leave my bags at the hotel and take the subway direct to the city and not have to go to airport twice. The time you backtrack to the airport to deal with storage will take you at least 30 mins. Jumping off airport hotel station to collect bags and back on MTR to T2 just seems so much more efficient.

If taking the MRT from the hotel, I'd have to take the local line. If I want to take the express, I'd have to go to T1/T2 first anyways. At least that's the way it looks on the attached diagram.

Greetings from Hyatt Regency Taoyuan International Airport.

It will also be breakfast included for club access award.
The opening hour of the club is 09:00 - 21:00. (Cocktail hour 17:00 - 19:00)
We don't provide breakfast in the club currently.
But the breakfast will be at Market Cafe on 1st floor, from 05:30 - 10:00 (10:30 on weekend)
You will only need to inform the restaurant for your room number when you get to the restaurant.
What is the email address that you used? I just made a booking and will need to add my aunt as a registered guest so that she can check in. I even got to use a CAA, and it sounds like I will get good value out of it if breakfast is included!

[email protected] (found it on their Facebook profile and they responded within 24 hours).

Here for 1 night. Took the MRT from platform 1 which is every 15 mins (commuter train, not express train) and its 1 stop (3 mins or so) with a short walk from the exit.

Room in a reasonable condition (better than expected). Lounge offerings are ok and sufficient for dinner. Photos attached.

I did a booking using the "opening celebration" cash rate and put in my WOH CC info. I just noticed that they didn't pre-pay, and I added my aunt to check in as a registered guest. I wanted to just pay upfront, has anyone booked on this rate before to confirm that they will charge my CC before check-in once the cancellation window is closed so my aunt just needs to leave her CC for incidentals?

You could try contacting the hotel. I paid the full amount at check-in to settle the balance.

Thanks for the heads-up, I was hoping it would be automatic, but based on your DP, it appears to be something I will need to arrange.

I was also on that rate, but they didn't charge my card until I arrived. They offered to settle the bill at check in, but there was no prepayment.

Just as an update, I was provided an online link to use to do a prepayment for the reservation. It doesn't look like there is a fee or anything, has anyone used this before? I am wondering if it will still show a charge from HR Taoyuan or some random bank.

You'd likely be the first given the recent rebranding of this hotel. I've done this for other hotels that have shown up correctly, but, of course, it's not this property.

Thanks! Glad to know that it works out that way in similar circumstances, even if it isn't this particular location.

Just wanted to add...my Chase App shows the charge as being from the HR Taoyuan! Awesome!

Just wondering, has anyone had any problems getting your points and EQN to post after a stay?

Maybe it's a tactic to get non-intimate traveling companions to pay for extra rooms
This is a common design to Novotels. There is a curtain that can be pulled down.
