I went there a week ago or so and signed up for a shower but was told no showers were functioning. Not sure if that was the case on that day or in general. Has anyone used showers over there?

This lounge is truly next level, amazing space especially considering SAN is a disaster of an airport. Really solid F&B and they do a great job with capacity control so its not standing room only.
I just visited and they only wanted to see the CSR/JPM or Ritz card not the priority pass, can someone help confirm if this is correct and if so edit the sticky?

Really enjoyed this lounge. Great service at the bar. Noticed several staff members interacting with guests and getting feedback. Only negative was that I tried the made to order noodles on the menu and they were way overcooked.

Curious if one can show their CSR card on the iPhone Apple Pay instead of the physical card for entry.

My husband is in the lounge right now. When he walked up, he was told it was a 25 minute wait. He said ok and pulled out his Ritz credit card to get on the waitlist. He was then told that gave him immediate access and he walked right it. He has no idea why this specific card gave him priority. Can anyone explain it?

Visited the lounge this morning. When I got there around 4:55am there were something like 5 other people in front of me. Maybe another 5 or so got behind me by the time they started letting people in, so not too busy.
Anyway, (a) I was totally paying attention to the wrong part of T2 during construction and (b) the breakfast they had was pretty good:

Wish I could have stayed a bit longer than a half hour but it definitely took long enough to walk back to the farthest AS/AA gates in T2E from the lounge that I wouldn't have wanted to risk it.

I have a United flight on Monday morning so thinking of using my once a year priority pass benefit for breakfast. What items did they serve for breakfast? Was there for lunch a few months ago.

I didn't pay too much attention to most of the items they had today but besides that salmon thing and various danishes/croissants above, they had some strawberry French toast (which I grabbed in another trip to the food station) and a few items from the ordering webpage (like eggs Benedict) that sounded like they might have been good had I had the time to wait for them to be made.

I was there just last week! Easily the best lounge at SAN. They were also giving free luggage tags to Sapphire Reserve cardholders (I had to ask the front desk).

we enjoyed the eggs Benedict and the strawberry French toast. The Bao with egg only was not appetizing, but maybe better with bacon option.
